Default Is it possible to change my 50 trim turbo from journal bearing to ball bearing?

I was wondering if there were any companies that could change the internals of a journal bearing turbo to ball bearing or if it is even possible? And if so if anyone knows how much? I know I could just buy a new ball bearing turbo but I wonder the price diff ?

just buy the dbb CHRA from agp and then sell your journal bearing one on ebay or here on the forums.

all you have to do is swap out the center cartridge from journal to BB if it is a 50trim the swap is $600 plus
