what other mods should be done to make sure the car runs right with a hahn super 20g turbo?
i was told only a fuel system upgrade is needed leaving everything else stock and achieving 400-425hp

Turbocharger Compressor Maps

Here's a handy tool that the one of the owners over on turbo-mopar.com created.

Inputer your data and it will graph it out for you on a selection of compressor maps.

Your info will need to be accurate as far as VE and intake temp. To get accurate info for a turbo 2.4 I talked with Garry McKissick (Co-autor on the sae paper on turboing the 2.4 for chrysler and was a Design/Development engineer on the Turbo 2.4 group).

He's got the VE info at all different load and RPM levels, but it takes into consideration MAP / RPM / Torque / Load / fuel / spark so he's trying to parse it down to a more simple form that would allow it to be used in the above program.

If you port the turbo how much will that affect the system? Is it always beneficial, and does it change it enought to a have to upgrade any internals. Im buying the 20g, thinking of porting it, how do I find out if it will help or hurt me?

Please dont flame Im still learning all of this power adder stuff. I like to know how stuff exactly works. You can PM me if this is completely off base.

by porting you are altering the a/r. so there is a trade off, you are increasing overall flow, but hurting spool up

stock oil & coolant lines + oil drain line all connect directly, including heat shields (top & bottom)...using Maxfabb 3" o2 housing + full mandrel 3" exhaust

the 20G-6 turbine wheel is clipped, and the S3 manifold PNP...will be matched to the (mild) PNP head (stock valves, crane 16s + adjustables) + PNP intake...have an AGP-WGA after things are running right

running on S3 ECU...for fuel is S3 rail + injectors, 255 walbro, PTP 75psi FPR-mod (and 80psi in hand, just in case)...and SAFC2 for tuning

...can't wait

okay Tex...gentlemen start your search engines (LOL)...

I dont have the spare ca$h to trial fit compatability of all the parts i'd like too...
...like i did with discovering the evo 8&9 chra's fit to S3 manifold...but still i was pondering?

SO...if the 15gk compressor is out of a td06 somewhere...and the 20g-6 compressor is out of a td06 somewhere...

...both of these "somewhere" td06 turbos must therefore be "HR" also, on thier turbine side (chra)...

...and like the regular vs. reverse rotation td06 wheels, are likely mirror image

i'd love to find out where and what they are exactly...maybe japan only spec?

...and depending upon how much measured difference there is between the td06-hr turbine inducer & exducer and the td05-hr turbine wheel...hmmmm??

...just curious!
