Default need help with vacuum lines on semi stock setup

i have an 05 with ptp wga, hks bov, no cats(3inch turboback), S1,and mopar cai. I am on pcm controlled boost. My question is...do u cap the red line coming out of the silenoid or leave it open? ive tryed both caped and uncaped....no fix
I am getting the p2074 code and the car is running like complete crap...bucking and trying to go dead...falling on its face when trying to boost. When i reset the computer it will run fine for a 30 miles or so then it starts missing/bucking and the engine light(p2074) comes on. I did the fade's tip mod with no luck. I also put on the stock wga and reset the pcm with no luck. Also replaced plugs and wires. I can't figure out what the problem is...i ordered a throttle position sensor today and will put it on tomorrow but doubt that is it. Please help.

think i found the problem....found a crack in my exaust manifold...it leaks horribly even at idle. So ordering a new one...hopefully it will fix the problem and isn't too hard to install.
