Need help, I have no idea!

SO just before parking the car for the winter, I started to notice that my car would stumble if I was boosting in a higher gear, (4-5.) I parked it for the winter. When I started to drive it again a couple months ago, it's only gotten worse.

Now I can't boost over 5lbs without the engine popping and jerking. It feels like it runs lean as soon as I boost. Even in first gear taking off slowly, the car may or may not stumble badly to which I will usually give it a little more gas to get out of that condition. And just the other day, I had to wait at a construction zone limited to one lane. As I was waiting there, the car was stumbling like crazy. Again I had to pulse the gas pedal to keep it under control before the engine died. I'm losing patience with this and it's throwing no codes.

The only clue I've had is that I was cruising around to fish stores a few weeks ago, and a familiar problem reared it's head. When letting off the gas in 4, rather than decel, the car carried on as if in cruise control. But when I got back in the car after stopping at a store, it never happened again. I know that issue was the TPS, as I've replaced it 3 other times as well as the harness 2x. But would the TPS cause these other problems? It does not have the same tell tale signs as before other than that one instance.. but I dont' know what is going on.
