Motor question

I currently have a big turbo, stock motor car. It seems that I have blown out a piston ring and now I'm needing to get some motor work done. While I have it torn apart, I've been thinking about upgrading some of the internals. Just needing to know EVERYTHING I would need. My goals for the car are to be around 425-450 whp. I don't want to go all out and get insane with it. Any help would be appreciated

Personally, youre within stock power limits, not sure why it failed initially. I wouldnt go over kill with the build, maybe a set of BC rods, JE or CP pistons (8.5:1 comp) and replace all the stock stuff:

BC rods (with ARP 2000 bolts) PN BC-6169 (BC RODS SRT-4 / PT CRUISER bROD)

JE Pistons (.020 bore sizing) - PN 286040 (this is the new part number, supercedes 240193) ( JE Dodge Neon SRT4 2003+ A853 Pistons:eBay Motors (item 220505252980 end time Nov-10-09 15:55:01 PST))

CP Pistons (.020 bore sizing) - PN SC7501 (CP PISTONS SRT4 Bore 3.445 (87.5mm) Comp Ratio 8.5:1)
