Default Knocking/Tapping/Clicking Noise

I know this is difficult to diagnose without hearing it in person but I just noticed a noise that sounds like a tapping sound or even a little clicking like. It seems to be coming from either the timing chain/belt cover area or even perhaps the fuel injector in cyl 1 or 2. The noise isn't continuous, it gets interupted and returns, almost cyclical.

It seems to have developed just after I installed an AGP WGA, NGK iridiums, and the barb for the plastic intake manifold mod.

Any ideas before I take it to the dealer?

There's a tsb to file the edges of the cam bearing caps due to a similar noise.
I've been dealing with something similar the past two weeks. I've tried filing the bearing, it did nothing.
Does this only happen when it gets hot??
Try removing the oil cap when it is making the noise and see if it goes away.

Hot or cold, it makes the same noise. The noise doesn't change when I remove the oil cap. I stopped by my dealer and had a mechanic listen to it briefly and he thinks the noise is just normal fuel injector noise. I have Stage 1 injectors and am wondering if I can have it serviced under warranty (less than 3 years old and less than 36K miles) or if not since the injectors aren't stock?
