You guys are great. He asked a question. What's the big deal?
It's not so much how much boost you can run... the limit is more in overall power. Tuning is the key to everything. If the fuel is there and the motor is strong--then it will be safe.
low to mid 400whp has been proven on many srt's.... 500whp or so.. and things are borderline.... pistons are weak point.
Laters!
Jason.

I agree, the guy was just asking a simple question. If anyone is tired of reposts, they shouldn't click on the threads.

Gabeism #637845 :"You can polish a turd to a gleaming shine but in the end it's still a piece of crap!"
The 2.4L turbo has forged rods and an extremely strong cast crank. The weakest link in the bottom end is the cast eutectic pistons. If you put a bigger turbo on and were running over the 400whp level all it would take is very little deto to cause some damage (ring land or actual piston damage). At only the mid-300 whp level with a good tune you should be fine on a daily basis. The more you push it the greater the risk you take. It’s all in the tune, and with a good one they can take lot, especially for a stock engine.
As long as your fuel is good and you keep an eye on how it's running, a max of 15psi and a small shot should be fine. I would go with S1 for it's slightly better fueling ability. You might check out the Nitrous section here on the forums.
