I have read a lot about the all motor neon guys, one having problems trying to get 12,000 rpms. He was stuck around 9k then he did this and it fixed his issues.
.080 air gap between the sensor and tone wheel, that might do the trick I don't know for sure. Never ran that high but it worked for him it may or may not help you. But I thought I would share. I hope to see Neon's in gen cleaning house!

I try to shift my car at 8600 and go through the traps at about 8800. I don't see the reason to go to 10,000 RPMs but if I had to I would but as of now I don't have to

If Kevin wants to run his car at 10,000 RPMs that's fine he likes to try different stuff I don't know of anything that he has tried that worked He certainly isn't scared to try new stuff. He certainly is not a guy that goes the Proven route but then again maybe that's why his car has not ran in three years +

Im sorry does a 7275 spool at 3k and make power till 8 k.. most likely not... With the numbers crunched in my head i will likely spool around 5500.. so if it holds power till 10k im gonna rev it there.... im not building some street car.. my car is getting built to do one thing.. and thats go well over 200MPH..

Im so glad that everyone knows what im doing so well... But i do need the high RPMs it helps with traction and MPH at 9500rpm on stock gearing that is 199MPH compared to a measly stock 126.1



and who are some of you to come in and say treated cranks don't work? they have worked for years in redsled sled, the outlaw car and many other cars... it just makes me laugh how the crank is rarely an issue but you say it..

If the OP wants to rev that high let him do it.. but OP beware you lose tons of TQ and all low and mid range power unless you stuff a small ass turbo on it, but then you defeated the entire purpose of destroking the motor..

One He actually has a real job and this is a hobby... 2 who the hell are you to talk all we have seen is issues from your car for the past year and a half and you come in here and run your mouth about kevin... Coll story bro you have the time to go what ever and race and your not getting any faster... i remember you were making calculations on redsled and saying 8.90s but when have you came close to that since you built that car again?? you have multiple engine issues, multiple boost control issues... all you have is issues and you run your mouth.. kinda like the pot calling the kettle black

Yes I have had many transmission and boost control problems this year *but I am out here trying to work out the issues not sitting at home posting about what I'm going to do. I have still run tons of 9.3-9.5 runs trying to get the car figured out. I go back to the pits mad and work on it for the next pass not make a video

Kevin W is a grown man if he has a problem with what I posted he would text me ,call me or post here he don't need you to defend him.*
I am not picking on him he will do what he wants no matter what anyone says whether it works or not you have to respect him for that

As far as the title I sold you a excellent racecar at a fair price you then sold a racecar to a guy who wants to put it on the street. Yes the title is signed in the wrong place I did not care because it was a race car you should not have sold the car without a clean title don't be mad at me because he's mad at you
