Ok i really need help deciding which turbo to run... at this point this is very important to me... i really wanna see 500whp+ but im not digging the major lag that comes with it.. i have a built bottom end, cams, + tons of bolt ons including fuel return/reg., 750s, agp race fmic.,
iv been reading up.. ok i want big hammer turbo not 50 trim but like 35r but i don't want the 4k rpm spoll like 35r,sc61 ect... i wanna rev to about 7200, 7300 but i want a turbo that comes on about 3400, 3500 rpm and holds the power till when i wanna shift w.o dropping power...would the gt3076r be more for me? also what a/r would be best for me... i really need to decide this soon... once motor is done being assembled it times for it to all go back together...so main questions im looking for is which turbo is best for coming on at about 3500rpm and holding till 7200 w/o dropping power and also capable of over 500whp and 500fpt

I am doing a similar build myself and I have asked these same questions. AGP says the 30r will make power to 7000rpm and with the Forced performance upgrade (aka GT30HTA) it should have no problem making power up top. in fact with that turbo you will make over 500hp with the spool characteristics you are looking for. I am running this turbo and was very pleased with it. I haven't taken it to high boost but I hear it loves boost past 26psi. I would recommend the 30r with forced performance upgrade for your set up. You can buy the turbo straight from forced performance. Its called the gt30hta if you didn't get that.

AGP 3076HTA........Looking for 10's
is the hp61 different from the sc61? just curious.... u def.. make a paint about ill be reving over 7k so i can just stay in that rpm range more on streets.. just at track take the hit till im up in boost puling good haha... i was looking at that gt30hta already and 1600 is a chunk of change.... i can get a sc61 for 600 right now which what my plans already were.... hmmm... i think im just ganna get the sc61 like i was ganna whole time take the lag since ill easily make up the rpm power range due to revng the motor out more... i was also debating on the gt35r but i think im gettin the sc61 i feel like im not 100% with my decision but i think this is what its ganna be.... only shitty thing is i bought crane 14 cams and i wish i had crane 16s now that im reving out more since crane 14s are done at like 6500rpm .. SHIT
