how much power can the stock motor take before you need to replace all the pistons and rods and stuff and what about the transmission how much can it handle?

on the forums hear they say 400-450 max..but if urs is ur daily driver like mine i would wanna go over 390 to be safe..if it wasnt my dd i would push over 400whp!
