Default how much HP can the stock long block handle?

what are the limits of the piston/rods/rod bolts?

450-475 should be chill. I ran on about 400-425 daily with no problems what so ever.

rods can handle it no problem at all, pistons could probably make 500 but i wouldnt do it for too long...the problem is the oil pump exploding into a zillion pieces more than it is pistons/rods
