Default how do you decide what compression ratio for JE pistons?

I have seen 9:1, 8.5:1, 8.0:1 and apparently it goes down to 6.0:1. How do you decide? I have recently bought an SRT that is at 350whp at 20PSI. Im trying to get it up to 450whp at 23psi, so im going to get better pistons, rods, camshafts, cam gears, ported cylinder heads, etc. to go along with the AGP 50 trim.

With the 50 trim turbo and no progammable fuel injection (AEM EMS for example) I would stick with 8.1:1 compression. With a larger turbo and programmable fuel injection you can do increased compression. If you would like to talk more indepth feel free to contact us.
