Help ASAP -siezed bolt-

I need to take out my TB and the top bolt is siezed in there, I think I must of cross threaded them.
I already broke one of my 10mm socket tring to get it out, wont budge.

I really dont wanna have to hacksaw the head of the bolt off to get the TB out but...

Any one have any tricks to get it out?

some moderate heat from a torch on the metal around the bolt, & some JB spray. It will come out, or break.

I dont have a propane torch...shit !

I might as well leave it in there, i dont want it to snap om them iam really f@cked!

As long it wont leak when I do a boost leak test iam alright.
