You most likely need an oil restrictor that goes inline with the oil inlet line. It makes your 1/4" hole about 1/8" give or take so not that much oil can flow through it. When you initially start your car up it can see as high as 85psi of oil pressure. These turbos only need about 35psi to operate optimally

I have the restrictor inline already it came with the turbo from turbonetics so i dont think it is getting to much oil. any other idea
no i havent gone through 3 turbos, but stage 3 is holding up beautifully, that may be an option.
went that way once had it been there done that i also had the 20g and i said it was time to go a little bigger so i did. I should have maybe stayed with the 20g or the s3r

everyone has been saying bov does anyone know what the raptor bov should sound like is it a flutter when not in high boost or is it a quick release no flutter can some one let me know
Hasn't Turbonetics done a failure analysis on the bad turbos? You need to get with them to find out what the outcome of that analysis was.
I had a problem with heat coking the oil before it could get to the journal bearing and that would cause my seals to go out from the massive shaft play. The problem was solved when Turbonetics rebuilt my turbo with a water cooled center section.
