50 trim will be best for you. d44 will get there for sure, but the 50 will have that extra little bit if you ever want it, and you wont need more than 20-23psi to make 375-400whp with it.
Yes to oil restrictor. Your feedline should be -4an. I very seriously doubt its -6an. Doesnt look like it.
Oh and some red's are the most reliable
So you saying i should try one? it is a -4 i found that out. Soo even drain line is too small, or i need a restrictor. Theres no reason i should be pushing oil through rings. only three things do this.
1. drain= to small, blockage, or not gravity feed. Mines wide open, strait down, ONly thing i could think of is to small a hose?
2. turbo getting too much oil, cannot drain it fast enough, goes out the ring. solution, restrcitor
3. crankcase psi to high, which will cause a suck and not let the oil flow down the drain line. One way to see if this is the case is leave drain line off start it up and see if oil comes out. If it does your crank case psi is not the issue.
Well i went ahead and bored out my brass piece its .600 on top but was only .470 at the tapper Now shes .590 at the end and .600 on top. So its almost .600 all the way through. Im gonna get a larger ID drain tube. I did have to push it over the stock tube out the block and push it over the brass piece So the ends are flared where the center is smaller. Soo gonnna get some tubbing that just slides right over the brass and drain tube. HOPING this will solve my oil push problem. IF it STILL pushes oil, Im gonna go ahead and put a restrictor on there. This is if i get my car back together before my D60 If i get the D60 im asuming i wont need a restrictor. But will have a bigger drain tube over a .100 difference! Pullin piston out today

what size of hose are you using for the drain?? oh & I got a restrictor pm me if interested
Looks like i tweaked a rod, who knows when, And she finished it off with jackin up the piston and rings. It MELTED the piston, and cracked the ringlands at that. F**Kd the walls up too. Picture makes them look worse than what they are, but gonna have to get the block bored .20 over most likley, I dont think a hone job will get those scratches out. Soo im at a stand still...... I guess im gonna eat mac and chesse for the next 2 months and try to save money and start buyin rods pistons bearings, want a dcr oil pump, and shop labor money. PIss's me off. But hey thats what 26 psi on a gt35 does to a stock block
