I might be dynoing my 16g in about 3-4 weeks. I will post up some dyno numbers. Mods in sig.

Well through all the 50tirm and stage 2w/toys + ported turbo and stage 3r I finally decided that I will be joining the 20g club next month does anyone have any suggestions or comments or problems that you might have ran into with this kit?

i didnt have really any other than the o2 housing being way too small.

welcome

update, I am running 29-27 lbs (still tuning the dtec) stock injectors and added a m5 nozzle to my w/i setup. so thats a m5 near the intake manifold and a m10 near the intercooler. lets say I went thru a gallon of meth in one night LOL. This focker pulls, my wife said "there is no way in hell your car should be this fast" LOL

im also getting the 20g next month right now my mods are: stage 2 w/o toys,greddy full 3" exhaust,needswing dp w/ e. cutout,agp dogbones & tran mount,aem cai,ported tb,big fmic,safc,redstar fuel return line,walbro fuel pump,ngk spark plugs. i think thats it. what else should i get to get the 20g going good?

umm.... i dont think so....

if you purchase the hahn 20g kit, you might want to get some better/stronger nuts/bolts... also, the aeroquip hose is blue in color.. i dont like it at all... i went w/steel braided hose..

you'll also need a new gasket for your oil drain pipe...

that's all i can think of now

that is true, I have had numerous stud/bolts come out. still looking for some decent o2 housing bolts. the stud that came with it they all came out, so I ended up retaping it to a 10 1.5 mm bolt with header lock washers. guess what it still comes out LOL

Ha HA thats soo true..my wife started crying when we raced a new BMW 330 turbo (kicked his ass bad BTW =) and she said "she will never get in the car again and its just too much power now"...lol

I just got done kicking some ass out here. I need to get my hands on that 3" O2 Housing. That Cobra with bolt-ons started to slightly catch back up when I hit 4th gear.

ive been thinking about going big turbo for a while but im on a bit of a budget... just curious how much does the 20g with portfueler run? im jsut doing some pricing cuz i want to get something within the next couple months... thanks alot guys

well i dont have the 20g and portfueler but i do have a AGP 50 trim and portfueler (pre tuned for 20g) and its AWESOME!!! i was running 22 psi on pump and no W/I with a/f in the high 11's. car is at shop right now getting some more goodies installed and W/I so ill see what shes making in about a week!

Hey Guys I just ordered the HRC 20G kit today, I can't wait to get it what should I get next for the car? right now my mods are only qw direct fit fmic, ngk plugs ( what should my plugs be gapped at?) I'm runing a spring mod, bleed mod, and tip mod, plus perrin charge pipe w/ hks bov and a agp hotside pipe. I want to get an exhaust or intake but am afraid of the cops busting me for mods in cali Does anyone have pix of what the turbo looks like on there car? I know I'm full of questions but am really excited being my first big turbo and the only one in the IE (SoCal) with this kit

for starters you need to get some sorta fuel upgrade to make good use out the 20g. maybe get a 3" downpipe with a high flow cat to get a lil more flow outta ur exhaust. and if ur worried about the intake just get a k&n drop in and be done with it. you also might wanna upgrade ur motor mounts. goodluck!

i havent heard anything good about stage 2 with the hahn 20g so should i just stay stage 1? any help would be much appreciated.
