Hmm... I have the Hahn 20G going into my car right now... Stage 1 injectors, boomba fuel rail, and a return line. I'm using a fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump from Hahn. Not sure what kind of pressure the fuel pump they sell puts out. The only fuel pump I can find on their website just says it's good for up to 500 hp.

I was trying to do all the calculations, just going off the Stage 1 injector flow rate, I was thinking I'd be maxed out at around 15 psi which should put me in the 300 to 340 whp range, with what I have now. Does that sound about right?

Can you really max out the 20G on Stage 2 injectors? I want to hit around 400 whp eventually, I know I can't do it with the Stage 1 injectors I have now. I was thinking about going with 750cc injectors to get there, but if I can reach that with Stage 2 injectors, I could pick up a used set of those and save some money. If I'm not mistaken, I'll need to push around 25 to 26 psi to get up around 400 whp.

BTW, this isn't for an SRT-4, it's a 2.4L Sebring Sedan.

s2 injectors w/ a return will max it out trust me. I can max it out on s1 with my m10 nozzle of 100% meth

Nice, I want to do 100% meth injection too, but I'm about out of $$ for this project. So did my guestimates sound about right? I can't wait to see what this can do.

I had a feeling that S1 with Meth would be able to support the S20G. Right at 15psi before the Portfueler kicks in I get mid 12 AFRs. I just haven't ever ran it with meth even though I have the DO base kit....I need a new nozzle.

Woah SebringLX you're going to have a sleeper right there! Are the internals the same as the SRT4? I probably would've went with the 16G to be on the safe side but that is because I'm not too familiar with Sebrings.

Well originally they weren't... same bore and stroke, but weaker rods and pistons.. also a 9.5:1 compression ratio. I'm having SRT-4 internals put into them right now.. so I'll be running the same pistons, rods, rings, etc. that you guys have in your SRT-4's. The transmissions being beefed up to handle the power too. Originally I was going to go with a 16G, 'cause I was going to do this in baby steps... but then I ended up going balls to the wall and doing it all at once... It's being built to handle the 20G.

quick question for you 20g owners. I'm just curious what you guys are getting on pump and what boost are you running on pump gas. Lastly when are you guys starting to spool and reach full boost by on pump/race gas? The price on this kit with portfueler is ridiculous compared to some kits without fuel upgrades! thanks guys! Tommy p.s. sell me on the 20 g

Quick question:

What Cold Air Intake are you guys running?

Props to jukie for finding out that our K&N elbow was collapsing under heavy boost.
