Don't know since he is quoting a $300 price tag. I might port the IM instead. Should see similar gains for less $$$.

Yeah ported IM would be a huge help! The tough part in getting a full 3" O2 housing is the bolt clearance on the turbo side. 3" is too big and covers up the holes for the studs to clear. Scott had to build 2 different ones and the second we actually had to grind to get to fit properly, but he impressed me by keeping the 3" with minimal choke and his signature O2 bracing to support the housing.
Tell you the truth I think i'm going to go AMS GT35R kit real soon. I tapped out this setup and the cars at an age where it doesnt feel bad to go full race and start chopping it up

You can't go to another kit!!

You're a 20g legend lol.

Na, you will make the same if not more HP at lower boost.

What kind of gains from a ported TB, Spacer, and Manifold plus a 3" O2 housing?

Well it would be safe to say a 30-40 WHP gain in total. But the big problem is not flow as much as it is in efficency of the 20G at anything over 375WHP. I push 32PSI and the turbo is hurting..at that point every bit of flow makes power because the turbo is maxxed. But it is very possible to make 400WHP with the Hahn O2 housing..60mm or ported TB and stock mani (maybe even stock TB)? Only problem I have seen is fuel..at 32 psi I dump all I've got on my RC 750's, Perrin BB fuel rail, Aeromotive FPR, return line, Walbro 255, SAFCII. 380-400 is pretty easy and the 20G is maintance free for $1400 I have had NO problems with the kit for close to 2 years making deep 400's.

I'm shooting for 380 on 24lbs. I think I need to get a ported IM. I have a ported TB and custom 3" O2 housing.

IMO Modern Performance does the best job "porting" the intake mani with the extrude hone process...Its most deff the cleanest of any other. There is also PTP who will powder coat, add a T-body spacer and if you wish extreme 62mm porting! MP and PTP would be the places I would purchase from.
As far as the TB..the 65mm MP TB is sweet! or you could go 70mm Boomba!

Damn it comes in threes.

I did a compression test the other day, everything was good 145 across the board. Once I put the plugs and wires back on I am hitting fuel cut now! I have never in the 2 years that I owned the car hit fuel cut. This is the 3rd different turbo I have ran too!

Who would be interested in 3" 02 housings? I was thinking about making one for myself and it only makes sense too do a few at a time. If you are interested PM me how much you think they should be and if there is enough interest I will see about making some.

I'm kinda torn about a 3" O2. I think the exit of the exhuast wheel inside the turbo leading to the O2 housing is the same size as the O2 that comes w/ the Hahn kit. When I pulled my Hahn O2 to put the custom 3" on and the carbon buildup was starting to make it's way outside of the O2 housing onto the flange. This tells me the Hahn O2 has a bigger diameter than the exit of the turbo.

I think you would have to port the section between the exhaust wheel and the O2 housing to really reap the benefits of a 3" O2.

Agree's with him ^^^^^^^^

I talked to hahn about 3 months ago they said they were looking at some type of replacement for the 25g but they were unsure if they would ever replace it

If your buying the kit, its a complete bolt-on the only thing u have to alter is the charge pipe and with that you just cut it a inch down.
