I've ordered my Hahn S20G from modern....I know with 04/Stage 1 Injectors I can run around 14-15 PSI....i was thinking until I get the SCT and 650 or 750s I could run Stage 2 Injectors. Anyone doing this? If so what psi are you running?

am running stge 2 w/o, i got the returnline now i have set at 56-58 psi and running and holding 22-24psi without promblems , my a/f reads 11.5 all the way up.

Im going to be runing across a stage2 w/toys, does anyone have this setup? are you guys with stage2 runing pcm controlled boost?

so some body help me out here i'm trying to get the most out of this kit before i scrap it and start over. last time i dyno'd i got 330whp at 18psi. i don't know if that was b/c of all the boost leaks, water damage to the portfueler, bad map clamp, or my stock ecu.

so after all that said and fixed here is my setup:
Hahn s20g
Hahn portfueler
dasmopar map clamp
stage 1 ecu
DCR oil pump, crank scraper, bafflle, lg oil pickup,lg oil filter and oil flow modifier.
plus the other supporting mods, solid mm, greddy type s bov, injen cai, custom 3" exhaust, aem afr, E-01 ebc,not sure on wga spring purchased kit used, walbro255. snow stage 2(not installed broke regulator on pump)

if someone has experience with or has a similar setup i could use some direction. i would like to get 400-425 on pump if that is possible, but that is something i am not sure about

I'm really just looking for the turbo, I have everything else that I need. Maybe I could swap my 16g plus some $$$ for the 20g turbo.

from what I've seem you need 25-28psi to hit 400+


Your numbers seem alittle low but not much at 18psi

and i suspect if i'm going to run that much boost there is a good chance it's going to be on race fuel correct me if i'm wrong. don't really want to blow up the engine or blow the head gasket. Here is my goal my boss has a 850ci dinan(twin turbo) it puts down 450rwhp/630lbs.tq. I want this car to atleast stay with it. i know better tires and weight difference will help me out a bunch, but any suggestions will be

I have never raced him before in this car so far it's just smack talk between the two of us

yeah Hahn's development car was on race ruel for anything over 20psi....i think u could do 380 or so on pump but more than that I would do race ruel...

yeah i don't know. i talked to the tech and he said they ran 26#s of boost on pump gas, but i could be mistaken, but i do know he ran that much boost and made 420whp

20g is hopefully about to ship soon....havn't decided on fuel system yet.

pfft good luck.
the 20g maxes out at 420-430hp on 27-28lb of boost on race gas.

pump gas, youll be 360-380 depending how well you can tune.

the 20g is out dated, and inefficient imo.
