hey I know that this has probably been answered before, but how is the spool time with the 20G.
Mine hits 26 PSI by 3400RPM and max WHP at 4600RPM..and pulls nice...just ask BLK aka Chad aka Chode he got to ride in a real SRT-4
yeah its pretty sick...hung right there with the highest WHP LS integra in the county(600whp)there a vid on here somewhere to prove it. i was filming and cause my stocker is FU**ED up so i guess i'll be running a 20G soon also....or a 30R....or a DBB 50
i have the 20g kit. dynoed at 340whp, 390trq, but that was with a bad boost leak. bov was hooked up wrong and opening under boost. spike 24 then fell to 16. problem fixed now going back to the dyno next week. boost is holding better, 24 falling to 22 by redline.
also, i have that chachachacha sound when it spools up. i didn,t know it was a problem until i seen someone mention that its the sound of surging(BAD). how do i stop this from happening? my wga is cranked down to 18psi and using mbc to ajust it to 24. oh, and im not using the wga that came with kit. my boost was irratic with it so took it off. moded my agp wga(15psi minimum) to fit. works great. any suggestions on my surge problem.
i spose this would be the best place to post with all you 20g gooroos. i have been looking into upgrading my turbo very soon and the 20g is on the top of my list. i like it cuz its inexspensive, and not alot of people are using it. i was wondering if the fuel i have would be adequate. i will be using, S2 injectors, walbro 255, and a afc neo. i also have a buncha other bolt ons. but i was just currious to know about how much boost i could run with the 20g with that settup. any help would be much appreciated. thanks!

Hmm... I have the Hahn 20G going into my car right now... Stage 1 injectors, boomba fuel rail, and a return line. I'm using a fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump from Hahn. Not sure what kind of pressure the fuel pump they sell puts out. The only fuel pump I can find on their website just says it's good for up to 500 hp.
I was trying to do all the calculations, just going off the Stage 1 injector flow rate, I was thinking I'd be maxed out at around 15 psi which should put me in the 300 to 340 whp range, with what I have now. Does that sound about right?
Can you really max out the 20G on Stage 2 injectors? I want to hit around 400 whp eventually, I know I can't do it with the Stage 1 injectors I have now. I was thinking about going with 750cc injectors to get there, but if I can reach that with Stage 2 injectors, I could pick up a used set of those and save some money. If I'm not mistaken, I'll need to push around 25 to 26 psi to get up around 400 whp.
BTW, this isn't for an SRT-4, it's a 2.4L Sebring Sedan.
