has anyone ever tried runing an external wga on this turbo with a log manifold and a dump? Just curious before I start digging myself to deep

Iam sure its possible they put em' the stock turbo, and I know for a FACT that there is plenty of room on the HAHN manifolds...just remove the the overflow can.

Iam thinking about doin it b4 she goes in.

I want to get the hahn s20G but what are some of the problems that everyone has been having with this turbo or manifolds. I just want to what I'm getting myself into. I want to make sure if a problem comes up and I have heard about it I know what to do to fix the problem

I guess you can say I'm just doin my homework.

Iam in the same boat man. A friend of mine has the Hahn 16G set-up and I dont think that he has had any probs with the turbo, mani etc...Ive seen 25lb or so onthat set-up.

Iam goin' to a custom 20g set-up myself

No turbo issues other than the waste gate spring hahn sends is a joke. I couldn't make more than 15lbs on it.

no problems, if you specify the heavy wga when you order its only 90 bucks if you order it later its 180, it will spool very quick for a big turbo, i would recomend a good ebc so you dont spike in the lower rpms "this will keep you in the turbo efficency range" i have seen 35+ pounds with no problems "except blown welds on an ic" and can achieve 20 pounds around 3200 rpm "this is better than some ball bearing turbos"...idk where the rumers about manifold problems came from but Hahn makes a very beefy manifold!

Anyone need the O2 housing that comes with the hahn kit? I have one extra. Could use it to make a 3" housing if you reused the flanges. Let me know.
