03 srt 4 non lsd, stage 0 pcm, stage 1 injectors, K&N CAI, maxxfab 3inch 02 housing, needswings cut out with mc cord plate, agp wga, needswings MBC, agp mm,msd coil n wires,
i was told to get a BFMIC, stage 2 injectors n pcm, safc neo?,255 fuel pump..thanx!!

s2 injectors , 255 pump , safc are a good start I would through in a return line with a rising rate fpr for a little more tuneabiltiy , that with a decent exhaust should net you a bit over 300 hp . also the wga that comes with the hahn 20g is not very good

Which one of you guys is going to be the guinea pig and bring the frank 50 to the SRT4?

From the info I've gathered The 20G compressor wheel is 44lb/per min and the 50 trim wheel is 49lb per min

Be the 1st to hit close to 500whp in a S20G turbo.

I would like to see some pics if you have them. I am just puzzeled as far as how 20g= good size compressor wheel/ housing... 50trim= large compressor wheel/ housing

I know you can machine the compressor housing to fit the larger wheel but the 20g compressor housing can only flow so much. I think the 50 trim wheel is to large and will out flow the housing.

Just my speculation please keep us updated I am very intressted. If works well I will probly be doing this soon as well

Hahn specs their Super 20G to have the TD06H compressor housing which I "think" is the biggest they make for the 20G family. The next size up is the TD07 and thats for a 25G.

Other frank 50's have used the Garrett E housing adapted to the mitsu CHRA and exhaust housing.

I'm wondering how the power would shift if at all going to a TD06 turbine wheel or if the lag would not benefit the SRT powerband range.

Sorry about that guys it was kinda late by the time I went and picked up the car, but driving the car feels alot different. When I was once runing rich as hell with a 21lb spike and a 20lb hold with just s2 injectors Im nowing running way lean at 17lbs. I'm going to mess with the boost a bit today to get it down to were my afr's are safe again. So I havn't got to really see where it spools or how hard it hits yet until I re-tune it. Plus I still havn't touched the power band yet since Im still full stock exhaust with @ 3" o2 housing . But the turbo does sound different and feel alot more powerful @ this low boost. Blk04 or Tony @ Tnt Fabrications left out of town yesterday so I don't know forsure if he tooks some pictures but if not then I'll take a few shots today. From what I can see now this is going to be a topend monster
