Man where is everyone getting their 3" O2 Housing from. I know Maxfabb has put theirs on hold. I guess I have to get serious about tuning this thing to run low 12 AFRs instead of being a wuss a having it in the 11s
360 to wheels is already killing the tires in 2nd and 3rd.
Ok I will spill some beans I have been working on my kit for over a month now I want to see what the possibility's are with this kit. so here are some pics of the work in progress
New o2 housing
Extrude honed manifold
and Extrude honed turbin housing
and right now all my parts are getting a thermal coating

Just a WGA that Hahn built for me to interchange springs and shimm, and MAXXFAB 3" O2 thats it. No porting or touching of the turbo internals at all, straight out the box! Im not saying its not killing the turbo but it has not failed yet...now if I could only say the same for the DSS 550 axles
so help me out I am going to dyno here in the next week or two. I need to finish up my set-up any tips like fuel set up, I have 255, agp rtun line, stage 2, and 750cc's but i think they are going to be over kill, so possably 650's I just have the 15psi wg that came with it. What is the secret of the wg you got?All I am looking for is 420ish, I am at higher altitude so it is harder to make high hp.
Any other tip's would help out alot. a/f's all that good stuff

yea I bought the v band setup from hahn... but expect to dish out like 180 bucks but should turn out nice when its done. all in all the o2 housing to make my self was close to 300.00 without labor so I really dont see how to make it cheap for most to buy.
and I have thought about going exturnal waste gate just depends if i get any boost creep on the dyno when i tune
how bad is the stock intake hurting me with the 20G? I know it sounds dumb but I like popping my hood and car looking mostly stock. I feel like I am down a lot on power with my setup and I am thinking the intake may be the culprit. Any ideas? Car is running off of wga (18/20psi). My setup includes:
20G
750cc
AFC Neo
3'' TBE
CTI FMIC

it's cool i just portmached the manifold to the turbo neather one lined up good to the gasket so i cleaned the gasket up to, the turbo sits kinda off on the manifold. I got one of the first kits from hahn, so i think they were in a rush to make it. no stamped manifold with there logo, look at the o2 pipe they gave me the pipes dont even line up together... this should be a big emprovment

I have SACFII, Perrin BB fuel rail, RC 750's, return line aermotive FPR, 255, Stage 1...and dumping all fuel at 30psi and still runs into AFRS of 13. So 750's are not overkill and they were the same price as 650's so you will always have the fuel to run more but right now either my pump is shitting the bed or I need a bigger one..maybe x2. If the 255 is already dieing I deff. need 2 becuase the 255 is only 2yrs old and has only seen 448WHP a few times...sucks but go big on the fuel and your SAFC will always be able to pull it off no problem...hell I was pulling 32% with the stocker and it was running great.
Your WGA should have a removable T-clamp/band around it so that you can take it apart and shimm it or change springs to get it to hold 35+...Mine has spiked up to 35 in testing (with a quick shutdown of course) but with the BC off and running WGA only my turbo will boost a min of 17lbs and max over 35 which would kill off something for sure.
