sorry took so long to reply, graveyard shift FTL! im not fortunate enough to be able to afford such hightech devices like cameraphones. that greedy little neon keeps me broke. goin to see if i can find my digital camera.
bnice: im only using -20 washer fliud +a bottle heet. somewhere around 40/60 meth/water(i think)seems to work. it really surprised me cause i didnt think it would help that much but boy was i wrong. best $200 bucks i ever spent on that money pit

w/ the whp being so much lower, you have a flow restriction somewhere in your system... (vcious)...

post up your intake/exhaust mods (i.e. t/b, mani, intake, 02housing/dp/etc...)

great #'s...

just looked at your mods...(saw sig)..

get a bigger t/b and ported intake mani..

420 whp 440 tq @ 25 psi on pump gas check sign but the car is totatled

I am goin to be installing a 16g kit soon and i was just wondering if there is anything that stuck out in yalls minds that was a prob or anything random yall can think of that i need to know. Like how to run the vac lines for? The kit is used and doesnt come with any instructions is why i ask. I have read the how to on the agp 50 trim install so i know the basics........ Also iv been lookin for some dyno numbers for the 16g and havent found any. Anyone who would like to post there setup it would be greatly appreciated....... Sorry for the long post but one more thing wat do yall think i will make with my setup?

standard 50 trim, intake, 3in dp, rc 750's, ngk wideband, fmic, msd wires, safc ii, cooling mist w/m injection, ptp stage 3 clutch,cp pistons, eagle rods, arp head studs,and dcr head gasket... best time is 11.8 118 on 24psi

I've got the 16g.

No dyno numbers but I did pick up 6 mph in the 1/8th mile w/ a boost leak at the IM on bald ass street tires. So far I am pretty impressed but I wish I had gotten the 20g. i love the instant spool though... so I'm at a loss. If I had to guess I would say I am at 310 hp 340tq because the stock clutch can't handle a 4th gear pull. I have the portfueler too and this thing is tricky to tune.

Biggest thing I can think of is make absolutely sure that your oil return is lined up with the rubber hose that connects it to the block. Mine had a slight kink in it and within 3 weeks I had an oil leak there. Not easy to fix either!

As far as vac line is concerned it should be identical to the 50 trim except you will be internally waste gated instead of externally. the line that would have hooked to the external waste gate will now hook up to the WGA. Oh yeah, the WGA that comes w/ the 16g SUX! I could only make 15 lbs on it. With a Greddy EBC and the PTP check valve I am spiking 24 holding 20 to redline. Car pulls real smooth all the way to redline.

I have the 16g and am also impressed with the kit, I dont have the portfuel yet so im running 21 drop to 18 psi. I wont dyno tell I have the portfuel and dcr high flow fuel pump on the car and tuned. But its much more powerfully then the stock set up. I would guess my car is putting down right around 300hp if not more. Instant spool plus pulls strong threw full rpm range...

yzguy128: what do you have all you settings for the ebc at? Did you ever upgrade the wastegate or spring? Do you have the wastegate set as tight as can be? I seem to have a little problem with the wastegate and ebc or dont the the ebc set right. I have the ebc in low setting and hi setting, set at the same settings but only in the low setting can I boost in the 20's and when I go to the hi settings it will only boost around 18 psi?

dang that is a nice number did you do any other porting or flow mods to the turbo? are you still running internal wga? inlarged flapper? any or that stuff?

Standard WGA (piece of shit if you ask me).

EBC (off the top of my head)
Low: 15% gain, 10psi set, 15psi warning, 0% pull

High: 8% gain, 24 psi set, 28 psi warning, 0% pull

I have the % dial right at 60% though. Car seems to run the best here. I had to turn the psi set # as high as possible to hold 20. Car spikes 24 holds 20 w/ 11.4~11.7 afr across the board. I need to tune this portfueler for ~12 across the board and then it will be perfect.

Just a WGA that Hahn built for me to interchange springs and shimm, and MAXXFAB 3" O2 thats it. No porting or touching of the turbo internals at all, straight out the box! Im not saying its not killing the turbo but it has not failed yet...now if I could only say the same for the DSS 550 axles

Well guys Im going to be running my car in the 1/4 tomarrow, Right now my mods are at short ram intake, hahns s20g kit, 3"o2 housing, spark plugs gapped at .032, short shifter, mbc spiking 21 falling to 15 (cheap mbc) and a mapclamp. Im hoping to run a decent time with my car with vp 103 and street tires. Hopefully I can get at least a mid 13 or low 13 but I'll post up the times when I get back tomarrow
