Hey guys I just got my 3"o2 housing done by my friend tony at tnt fabrications (blk04) and it came out good, he used the stock triangle flange and made it go from a bottle necked 2" to a 3" all the way to the cat. The power comes on really hard at 3500. Before that it was suttle but now when I hit 3500 and I'm barely on the pedal the car kicks it's way to redline right now I don't have really in real mods on my car including a stock full exhaust system but when I get one I have a feeling that my top end is going to be crazy. I'll post pictures up as soon as I get them from him weird thing is that I didn't know the stock o2 housing was only a 2"

Im looking at getting the 20g soon but until I can get the port fueler will a set of Deatchwerks 590cc injectors be enough for now? I dont want to be out alot of money then turn around and buy the port fueler. Im thinking, just for now, getting a wideband, the 20g kit and the injectors and running as much boost as they injectors will safely allow, will this work out? I have an 04 S0 PCM and injectors now.

That much preassure sounds a bit high for a S0 car, so make sure you have that wideband to look into your A/F's.

If I wasn't moving to Hawaii I would sell you my S20G kit, but I have to use the money set aside for a big turbo for moving expenses.

Unless you want a new kit, keep an eye on the F/S boards. That's how my friend ended up getting a good deal on his S20G.

Well I now have stage 1 on the way, getting ready. Im selling my truck in about a week cause I inherited my dads Explorer and thats going to give me just enough to get the turbo and wideband. What type of numbers are to be expected at a Stage 1 safe boost level?

Portfueler is just one option to go w/ for fuel. If you have 650s or 750s and a return line you can tune w/ the dtec. The portfueler comes pre-tuned for whichever setup, 16g/20g, you get. It has a table of Pressure vs. RPM and it reads a value from the table to open the injectors to a certain position. The portfueler takes the tuning work out of these turbos. Hope this helps.
