if you search "toulene" on the forum, you'll come up w/a thread that has the equation(s) to figure out octane..

and ya, just walk in and talk to the guy @ the counter....

Hello all, thought I would post now that I have most of my mods. Here are my power mods, hahn s16g kit, stage2 kit w/o, Mpx 3" turboback w/o, mpx big fmic, greddy spec2. Also a few otehr small mods, like traction bars, wide band, oil pressure gauges.

Now with the greddy set at 80%, gain 35%, set gain 85. I have only had the ebc on for a few days and where I have the ebc at its hard to watch the ebc screen, so i just go off the stock boost gauge. I cant get it to go over 17psi (and the gauge is very fluttery), and its making me mad. I still have room to up the psi, my afr slowly creep down to high 10 by redline. I did just get my boost leak tester today, so im going to test this weekend when i have some time. But my ? for you tuners out there is, would a mapclamp help me at this time? The car is a lot faster then stock, but it feel like im maybe pulling a little timing. And the car runs good, stays cool, and the af reading are good, high 10 to low 11 I still have room for more boost right? Im really thinking about goin gwith a mapclamp, what do you guys think?

stage 2 is notorious for shitty timing and a lot of fuel....

i'd junk the stock boost guage as quick as possible.. after getting an electonic boost guage (w/zeitronix) i have found that the autometer guages (stock or 30-30) are quite off (in vacuum and in boost)...

map clamp will lean you out, however, you should have something to add a lil fuel up top (i.e. return line or afc).. cheers

hey guys I just got my kit in the mail yesterday, and Im excited, the only thing Im kind of wondering if that it didn't come with a gasket for the manifold, did you guys kit come with one? Well anyways Im going to try to put it on this weekend but before that Im going to try to get some stage2 injectors. Is there anything I should watch out for when I install it? Right now my mods are map & tip mod ngk plugs, msd wires, qw df fmic, and a mapclamp. Oh heres the link to the original thread Got a Delivery from the UPS man

You get it from Hahn. I haven't heard about anyone actually using it.

both turbos will work.. the stage 2 comp is known for shitty timing and dumping fuel... the fuel is a good thing w/a bigger turbo, and now that i think more about it, the shitty timing might be a lil better too.....

the increased rev limit is the only real benefit i see outta stage 2...

cheers
