s1 is fine stay with it, I wouldnt go s2 they have been proven to be more sentive to knock because of the higher spark timing it provides. The pcm will retard timing more compared to s1 or s0. the only beneift you will get with s2 are the injectors. Most big turbo owner are on s0 or s1 there are very few with s2. There a waste of money if you ask me. Even when I was on stock turbo, I still thought s2 was a waste (this is my opinion). You can make the same power on or higher on stock turbo with the stock pcm (mod for mod tuning is one of the most important things to making power). I am still on stock pcm, my timing is still right around 26-28 with the 20g but I am spraying a shit load of meth though.

if that's the case... and i cant get those fukkers to stay on..

i'll prolly swap the 20g for a "v-band" style which will alleviate this problem...

that will prolly take 6 months, lol so for now, F the nuts/studs.... (p.s. i'm on my 2nd set of studs (purchased locally))

my 02 housing has already been tapped (10mm 1.5) to fit the bolt I bought locally since I lost the studs (they fell out)

Hmm I never noticed any problems, but we used a high temp loctite. Maybe I should knock on wood or something....naw that just sounds too gay.

right on.. thanks for both of the links....

the hahn kit is actually a 10mm*1.5 straight from hahn... maybe the ceramic coating got into the threads????

i'll still be in the market for a "V-band" style turbo exhaust port/02 housing...

yeah probably because there was no way that a 10mm 1.5 was going to fit when I lost the studs or fell out

no problem dude, when the parts come in I am going to use the thread locker for the studs. I will let you guys know how they hold up. I have been searching for a while for some high temp thread locker and I found this by mistake.

dynoed today and pretty happy with the results. DYNA-PACK dyno, 355whp & 389wtq @24psi spike and holding 23-22.5 at redline on 93pump. afr's in the mid to high 11's. for what i got i think its pretty decent. feels really strong on the street . now its time for some track #'s . i'll post dyno sheet as soon as i figure out how.i dont have a scanner yet and im not to great with computors .

thanks yo. yah i was thinking that it was alittle low too but considering that i dont have larger tb, no porting, no w/m injection, no head work, and minus the QTPdown pipe hahn o2 housinig(too small), the rest of the exhuast is still stock piping, i figured that would justify the lower than average #'s. so im ok with it. still pulls like a freight train so i cant complain . but if you or anyone else has any advise on what i could work on to get the hp # up, i def. appriciate it. im talking low budget here. dyno time 5 times in last month 1/2 kinda broke me for awhile.
