the only hard part is getting the stock turbo and manifold off along with the heat shield...after that the install is a breeze....everything took me and my one buddy 7 hours to do it and that was with some breaks in between with drinking beer and bullshiting too....but all in all the install is fairly easy...good luck with it...let us know if we can help..

took the adjustable portion off the hahn wga and swapped it onto the agp wga. kindof a tight fit but it will screw on. just be carefull not to thread it on crooked. as for mounting, i used the top hole on the agp wga mounting bracket and the bottom mounting hole on the front face of the compressor housing( not the ones that are welded on). 2 allen screws are on the front, they can come out.thats what i used to mount the wg. still adjustable and the angle is just right.

here ya go

Question.....has anyone tried to externally gate the 20g. I have a 50trim manifold with the T3 Flange and it'll mount right up. All I have to do is weld the internal gate shut and mount an ex. gate and a dump tube. Just wanting to see if anyone has tried it.

I havent seen an externally gated setup but would be curious.

I saw a couple people talking about getting big wheels in the 20g...whatever happened with those?

I honestly believe an external WG setup on a hahn kit would solve alot of issues for it. I know my friend has an externally waste gated 20g on his DSM and he only gets a little compressor surge at low RPMs.
