wassup guys, imn not new to the forums but im new to posting (because i just got back from deployment) im stationed in jacksonville north carolina so if anyone is around there hit me up. my hometown is also ocala florida if anyone is ner there hit me up at sportnaeagle01@aol.com. anyways. i have an 04 with a CAI, RFL BOV, AGP Waste Gate accuator, AGP huge intercooler(the biggest one), short throw, turbo timer, and turbo xs manual boost controller, and 3" turbo back exhaust. im looking at the Kinetic Motorsport turbo kit with the Gt35R turbo
Kit Features:
- Kinetic Motorsport Custom Turbocharger
- Kinetic Motorsport Cast Exhaust Manifold
- TiAL 38mm Wastegate
- Stainless Steel 02 pipe
- Stainless Steel Braided Oil Feed Kit
- High Temp Rubber Oil Drain Kit
- Misc. Fittings & Fasteners
- Coolant Lines
- Stainless Steel Piping Kit
- 4-Ply Silicon & Stainless T-bolt Clamps
- TiAL Blow Off Valve
- Fuel Injectors & Clips
- Split Second PSC1-003 Controller with Base Fuel Map
- Walbro Fuel Pump 255LPH
it is the only kit that comes with all the fuel upgrades i need as well. is my car capable of using this turbo efficiently? it seems everyone thats running is is a bit more built on the top end however i dont plan on running over 23psi just yet. or would the 50 or 60 trim be more suffice? or even the GT3076R? thisis my first forced induction car so help me out here. i do plan on doing the bottom end but that will be in a few months, im going to beef up the top end just a bit more but AFTER i get the kit. any help would be nice, thanks guys!
If you plan on building the motor down the road this can be one hell of a turbo setup. I have it on my car which should be up in running in the next week, we too are shootin gfor the 10's with this setup.
If your planning on building the motor up WAY down the road i wouldnt suggest this turbo. Yes it can work and you can keep it under 23 psi but you could mkae a good amount of horsepower on a dbb 50 trim or a gt3076r with a lot less lag.
Shoot me a PM and id be glad to answer any questions you might have. We carry Kinetic Kits as well and i may be able to help you around this holiday season

Thanks,

I agree with Nick. My buddy has a fully built SRT4 with a GT35r but with no Stand Alone. At 25 psi he trapped 118 with a 2.7 60ft. haha It's a damn fast car but he sees full boost damn near 4100. At that point if you don't plan on going stand alone and boosting 38psi I would suggest a 50 trim extended tip.
Are any of you 35R's running the .63 housing and a 35mm WG?? if so are you having boost creep problems. I cannot adjust my boost to a steady setting past 14 psi.
I'm thinking between the built motor and the turbo the WG is just being overpowered.
Damn Lucille... can we get a vid of that car doing anything... dyno, on the street, at the track ... anything? Congrats... I'm pretty sure that's "top dog" for SRT4's (at least that I know of).
I just wonder how many other 600+ srts are out there... I know that 4U2NV made 720+whp last time I heard

Lucille, Rage-tek, Lujan, and 4u2nv all have 600 or more

thats still only 4 members... however ask how many have 400+whp and you'll get a maxed out page of members ...

What boost contrtoller are you using and wich spring is in ur Gate. Becuase boost creep is caused at lower boost not at higher boost. The lower the boost the more it will creep.

Why? What are you going to daily drive with slicks on the car ? Honestly, that much power makes no sense IMO.....with FWD you won't hook up at all... RWD /AWD owns you.
Sniff Sniff smells like troll......last time i checked @ 600whp evos spin too
lets compare....
awd 600whp evo 8... makes whimpy 1 foot (if that ) burnout marks but still pulls like its in 3rd gear at 60mph... from a dig or roll with the right gearing there damn quick... remember the black AMS evo from florida.... I never heard him spin from a roll...
fwd 600whp srt-4... makes regular stoplight racing look like its fast and the furious style...burnout and launch all in one swift motion...hit 2nd gear...same thing but going faster...hit 3rd gear in the higher RPM's... NOW your starting to pull and whoop some ass! ... 4th gear... holy topend batman!!!!
