AGP 2.5" to 3" o2 housing

Some other minor stuff like audio, and turbo timer that's really not important.

I see full boost right now at 3700rpm in 3rd gear, switch to 4th and the rpms go to 4500rpm where I see full boost at 4700rpm. I don't know if that's as good as I can do or not, but I know that I do have boost leaks above 18psi (can't get much higher than that while testing for them because my tester also leaks) and my Lorenzo TB also leaks pretty good from the throttle cable linkage area.

Aside from the probable leaks, car runs great, and strong up top at about 19psi with a 10.2 A/F at redline

See my other thread here if you'd like:
3076R is in!

You def need to lean that out, and you shouldnt be spooling that late, from what ive heard from other GT3076R owners they see fool spool by at least 3500RPM's, def check for leaks.

Well, I've only had the turbo on for 4 days, and 2 of them I was in Tahoe on vacation So we'll see what I can do. Aside from the late spool-up, it runs GREAT. To answer your question about drivability, I like driving this thing better now than I did with the stock turbo and S3R

Ok well, since I don't have a working boost gauge (or at least one that doesn't FLUTTER EVERYWHERE) I am going off of MAP voltage on the D-Tecs IN rating (number it recieves before it corrects it for the OUT to PCM). According to those numbers and my datalogging, I'm hitting about 12psi by 3700rpms but then it creeps to 18 fairly quickly and finally settling around 19psi by 4700rpm. So I have boost creep. Now, these numbers are not for sure because they are rough translations from the MAP sensor, my new boost gauge is on the way. I'm running off the stiffer spring that AGP provides with this 3076R kit using the Turbonetics WGA, and I was under the impression it was a 15psi spring, but it seems more like maybe a 19psi spring. Any thoughts on this? Can I fix these boost creeping issues with an Electronic Boost Controller (I plan on getting it anyway real soon here)?

I figure it also has to do with the fact that the engine is breathing in the pressure fairly good by the higher RPMs and a boost gauge that WORKS will probably show less of a creep as it is not located right before the intake valves as the MAP sensor is... but this is all speculation right now.

Ok first I will post what number my 3076R put down then I will post of the mod’s list. The numbers are as follows on pump gas @ 20 psi the car produced 392 whp with 11’s across the board for afr. On 110 octane leaded race gas at 24.5 psi the car produced 435 whp with the same afr’s across the board… I know everyone is probably like those are some low numbers but I wanted a dependable tune until I could save up the money for the internals and head work then im going to crank up the boost and see just how far it can go. Now for the mods. AGP GT3076R w/ .63 a/r wheel, rc 750s, agp return line, walbro 255 fuel pump, SAFC 2, agp hard pipes with hks SSQV, 160 thermo, fan mod, ptp check valve, act clutch and flywheel, agp cai, agp solid mounts, quickwhips FMIC, balance shaft chain cut and removed, MPx TBE and I can’t think of anything else but if I do I will post it up.. I will also try and scan and post the dyno graphs. As far as drivability the car idles a little rough but I figure that’s due to the solid mounts, excel is smooth, overall drivability with this turbo is really impressive.

Those are actually really good numbers, especially on pump.

x2 .... HEY Brandon... you DONT have a return line on your car? And your making almost 400whp....the return line will ad QUITE A BIT of power and honestly...with return line, 750's, Piggyback, 255 fuel pump, and bottleneck fix mod...you'de probably lay down just under 450whp at about 24psi pump gas...

no, but with big turbos and piggybacks the car usually pulls less timing...so the tune might be a little different....or was it the oppisite of what I just said... (doing search)
