-Exhaust
-Intake
-Cams
-Meth
-Ext WGA (If you're smart)
-WB/Tuning device
-Injectors/Fuel Pump/RL

Once you have that crap, which will easily max out stock turbo...you really don't have much shit that can't go towards a big turbo setup.

Adionik +1 for you sir.

the evo does have a very efficient turbo stock with room to move, actually quite a bit, unlike the srt's sti's turbos and so on.

Cwills car down here in south florida would rape 90% of the SRT's on this board on the street...from a roll as well. And that's when it was on the stock turbo...since then it has gone 150 mph through the traps...still a street car

Cwill on his current set up (9.4 @ 150+) got pulled by Fernando's White SRT-4 85-160, although suposably none of the runs were clean... CWiLL's car is sick but he actually hasnt won a race recently since hes been back on the street, and when he came out a week or 2 ago to run the white SRT4 again (or he might have been suposed to run sandor or albert i dont remember now) he had an issue with the head and hasnt been back out since

Only? That seems like good numbers for 18 pounds of boost.

There is a 5 page thread about modded stockers. It turned into a modded stocker vs after market turbo thread. They need to see your vid and this post.

I have run 2 stock turbo evos, and they ARE very quick. The first I ran was tuned like a big ol ass bag and I was stage 3, I pulled him by 2 cars. Then I raced a fully tuned, cammed evo stock turbo against my D55 partially tuned up (around 420whp or so) and I would fall back 2 cars initially (not break boosting) and would pull by after about 110mph. Some of the best races I had.

i know man whats new on your build, havn't been around much the past 6mos.

hahahah... Your sea level elevation helps you.... Come to my 4,500FT elevation and youll be looking at my tail lights all day.... Ignorance? haha your funny. Your stock turbo is a 16G(if you have a Evo9??) ofcourse its bigger then the stock sti turbo and SRT-4..... I know about evos my friend... All the guys i know out were i am at have EVO's and a close Friend of mine is A sertified Tunner down here..... Im just talking from experience...
My WEAK ass Garrett 50 trim(has a 46LBS wheel) on 100oct at 23~24PSI pulled my friends STOCK turbo/cammed/on meth/ TUNNED, by 2 cars. I also raced another stock turbo evo, unknown MODS but he wa tunned and the same results.

I would like to go down to your neck of the woods and see wazzup.....

I've been lurking the Evo forums a lot lately...that turbo is so nice...28psi by 3500 and like 400HP+ on E85

I dont mean the power was low for the boost, I just ment i never got to turn the boost up to 22psi on pump gas or even more on meth or racegas and get videos of how a .50 trim car can run... but for low boost on pump gas i cant complain

Soooooooooooo anyone know how difficult it is to hit 500whp on a .50 trim? I'm guessing a 30+ psi would be needed?

Im followin you around today .....

Neways, 50trim runs outta efficiency and flow right around 29-30psi. So yea, 29-30psi, a perfect tune, some ported intake and TB parts wouldn't hurt, DEF racegas (not just meth), decent timing and leaner AFR. I think 480 is pretty much gonna be the peak until you do some head work (port or cams) which will clear the 500 mark.
