dude most people dont know a 20g is really a 51# turbo (and that would be at 2.0PR 60% not full out) a 25g is an HUGE turbo (really fukn big i think its closest comparison would be a T-70) BUT these turbos will only support 25-28 psi so NO ONE (except someone with some head/cam upgrades) will ever take advantage of the flow BUT everyone will max out the pressure ratio (thats the kicker and why some dont do so well with the 20g)

people get hung up on physical size but these are inirtial based turbos meaning they use smaller (quicker spooling) wheels will need to spin much faster than a BIG dianasure like a T series (large heavy wheels that spin slowly and take more energy to spool)
the debate on here will go on for ever about the 20g sucking but in reality its a great turbo but a poor match for the srt-4's engine, IMO the mopar stg 3 (i think its a 16gk or 16g6 NOT a regular or large 16g) is a great match for the srt-4 and better than the 20g with a stock engine

werd..the 25g is a 64# turbo...thats 35r territory. these turbos are tried and true, thats for sure. and you are right saying they are just not well mated to an a853.

To the op.If you want to mod your car for cheap go to lowes and build your own bleed off valve and spring mod for around 10-15 bucks and turn the boost up a couple of pounds. Also buy a cai and dump the exhaust after the cat you'll have around 250 in all of that and should be able to run around 13.5x's pretty easy(with some good tires)at around 103-105mph.I have a 20g right now and running 19psi peak holding 16psi to redline it ran 13.29@109.65.I love the fact it spools as fast if not faster then my stocker. But i got a good deal for mine off ebay i only paid 900 for the turbo kit,325 for a dsp off a fellow member,302 for 750cc injectors,i got my 70mm tb and 255 fuel pump for free as i traded my ported stock turbo parts and stock injectors for them.

I can tell which turbo you prefer king but people will consider what they can afford or what they think will be good for they're setup. If i hadn't paid what i did for the hahn i would have waited till somebody on here to get rid of they're 50t(or whatever turbo that would have been better then the stocker). If i ever upgrade my turbo again i will probably go with a delta 55 or equivlant turbo.

I have a 20G, I like it, and guess what, if/when it needs a rebuild, my wallet wont be hurting like the rest. So it's all what you want it to be. It's an amazing streetable turbo, holds up to numerous runs on the strip and can be rebuilt for cheap. Sure there are NEWER and BETTER designs out there, but when it comes to a rebuild, you might as well start nut swinging on the Mitsus
