He basically said you suck and your setups never work out, which is why you are never able to run the thing, and he said your rims are ugly too and should get new ones. Then he said basically your quote about no right or wrong way to do things is proof that you dont know what youre saying...or something like that.
you know all my DRF. files maps and logs are in the EMS section for anyone to use/learn or flame me with, i have nothing to hide and nothing to loose, the only reason i am so into cars is it is the only thing keeping me from hookers and alcohol i am just a little skeptical of vendors (yes all of em end up scammers if ya wait long enough)
********damnn i cant believe "the kid" is married with kids at his young age J/K
^^ LOL...no kids yet, no bun in the oven either, and im older than 25... i dont want to give all my personal info you know?
I checked your dyno charts, corrected or uncorrected? Doesnt matter, nice numbers. What were your mods?
(sae) dont go by my dyno chart they are not the norm (full race upper) my car takes 5-7psi less than a stock one to make the same power, my car before was a little over 380 @ 26 with race (its apples to oranges)
I posted this thread this morning, I sign in and see that I have 51 replies, I thought I was going to read so much information, WRONG!! I didn't know my thread would cause such a stir lol. thanks for all the help tho guys. I guess I'm still left undecided tho. Its either I get upgrades first to get ready for a big turbo, or leave it stock. I guess we all agree that just putting a bigger turbo and nothing else makes no sense? If thats the case then my only option now is leaving it stock or going with upgrades to build up for a big turbo. I'm just trying to be alittle more competitive on the streets. Would be happy with high 12's thats all i Know right now. The 20g sounds good to me, if i could go with it without any other upgrades. Well I shall see tomorrow what anyone else says.

You will need upgrades... BOV kit, injectors, tuning device. You have to pay to play ether way you go. If your wanting a bolt on..no tuning kit look into a used FULL mopar stg 3 kit imo. but be willing to pay 2500$ or so

You need to spend at least $2000 in upgrades before big turbo to make it worth it. This is what you should do with approximate prices and all being new (no discount) parts for a big turbo setup and will net you about 300whp or more in the end on the stock turbo:
1 - Full 3in exhaust - approximately $700
2 - Wideband (zeitronix or Innovate) $300-$400
3 - Diablosport tuner - $300-$400
4 - Fuel Pump Re-Wire (depending if you make yourself or buy PTP)- $20-$80 *don't have to do this but def helps
5 - Walbro Fuel Pump - $100
6 - Injectors (650cc-750cc) - $250-$300
7 - Hard Pipes with BOV - $400
8 - Intercooler (Direct fit or Big) - $400-$500
9 - CAI $200-$300
10 - BIG TURBO!!!!
I know this def bigger then your budget of $2000 and there are also the unlisted costs such as install if you can't do it yourself and tuning. The list is what i would do (this is a solid base for the big turbo of course there are always more things you can do), of course you can cut corners or buy some used parts but i am building mine up slowly and to be easy to manage and reliable. After you get these mods you can go either upgraded stock turbo, upgraded stock turbo and mani, or big turbo kits like the 20g/16g, AGP Delta, etc. There are also other things like putting the power to the ground (motor mounts, coilovers/suspension, wheels and tires, etc.) and a clutch will be needed eventually with all the extra HP you will be putting down. Modding is expensive but damn it is addictive and there many options. Happy modding
what mods did you have nutz, when you made 380 with race gas?
cm stg3 clutch
stg 2
62mm tb
mpx 3" exh.
port fueler and map clamp
hard pipes w/ bov
255 pump
--------
aem eugo
aem tru boost
+ about a ton of other stuff
the price of the kit is only the begining YOU WILL NEED SUPORTING MODS i would plan on 1000-1500 min in suporting mods @ a min a stg 2 and SAFC with some exhaust, and a BOV (plan on a clutch in neer future) 255 pump and a wide band
ps pitto is selling my old clamp/port fueler set up for $600 in the FS section that would take care of ALL your fuel and tuning needs (hint..hint)

i agree. this is a ok beginners turbo, but it only leaves you wanting more. i like it, but WILL be upgrading soon. it would have been a much better deal from the get go if hahn would have sold the s25g.
