I used the hyperdrive COP setup with an MSD igniton and AEM EMS, i've never had any experience with the twin fire or AEM coils... but the hyperdrive worked good... I'm not sure what the stock srt ignition system is good for... Isnt chuck on stock ignition?

Yeah, I am running stock ignition right now! I have also heard that even the Red Sled has had to resort to the stock ignition system in the past when the Twin Fire box has given out, and still ran about the same times/mph's that were run with the C.O.P. setup. They did have to close the gap up considerably tight, though. I am running a .020 gap to keep from breaking up all the way to 32 PSI with no problems so far.

FWDPerformance was saying that you can use some Ford style COP style coils with their TCS system, but I didn't really get any specifics from them about it.
