Default 98 neon doing an srt swap

hey noob to the site, but hate neons with a passion....ironic huh. anyway im doing a swap for a friend that has a 98 neon. i told him at the begining of summer to get a wrecked srt4 and just part it out from there, that way i have everything to do the swap. well he didnt listen to me and ended up buying a srt motor, trans, ecu, harness, axles, spindles and cradle from a salvage yard in ia. now i need to get a list of parts that he is still missing so i dont get 3/4 of the way done and go....ohhh he didnt get this, i hate that crap. well as far as i know he still needs the following
- srt radiator
- i/c and piping
- shifter assembly
- pedal assembly (auto to manu conver)
- clutch master and slave
- shifter cables
- all the little misc parts (hoses, t-clamps and so on)
what else am i missing. ive searched the forum and came up empty handed. and considering i have to do the swap, cuz my buddy is absolutly retarded when it comes to working on a car, i wanna make sure that i have everything needed.

neons.org is where you need to go...we all have srt's here.

But heres a quick guess:
short block
head
srt-4 valve cover
exhaust manifold w/ turbo
charge pipe
hot side pipe(its rubber)
srt-4 intercooler
up pipe / cold side pipe

srt-4 throttle body w/ spacer
srt-4 intake manifold w/ map sensor
All the vac lines to go with the PCM choose as well as tip
o2 housing
down pipe
cat back

timing belt
water pump
belt tensioner
oil and coolant supply lines to the turbo
srt -4 radiator
srt-4 pcm
srt-4 gauge cluster
Fuel pump upgrade
wastegate upgrade

Good luck...the things in italic need to be upgraded...it would be dumb not to since you still have to buy them.

also a srt trans will not go in a 1st gen without serious modifications. Find a 1st gen 3.55 trans and get a lsd for it.

Steering column, you can use the tranny and axles but I think you have to use PT cruiser GT font knuckle assemblies, hubs and all that, again I am not sure on that one, I have seen/helped with about 4 swaps and everyone used a first gen tranny, I have only ever seen one with the srt tranny... You need an srt fuel pump assembly to ease the swap, and all the wiring harnesses unless you wanna do alot of rewiring... I know there's more I just cant think of it off the top of my head...
