I never said slicks are cheating. You just dont get that I am trying to run 11s on street legal tires because it is hard, not bc I think its the best way to do things. I am still going to try and achieve my goal on the DRs though. Dont worry, slicks are coming within the next month to see what the car is really capable of with proper traction. Of course that is when I finally get my axle from Chrysler which is on backorder until at least May 22nd.
Go on 4mation. They have a thread about a guy in Jersey I think that gets them fast and cheap.
but if a rear wheel drive car with that much power and weight the car would net much lower 60' times and not all of our cars are set up like the red sled or anywhere close for that matter

I know this, I was just saying at least there is one of our cars that can hook up............kinda.
As already posted in the AGP section, I finally got all my AGP SCT flash and TIP sensor. I installed the 750's, 3 bar MAP & TIP sensors and flashed the ECU. Everything went smooth until I started the car...it was loping pretty badly as I expected (waaaay too much fuel), but within 15 min it had trimmed itself out and was idling perfectly. Unfortunately I had a code which wouldn't go away even when I cleared it, P0108 - High MAP voltage.
After a quick call to Kevin at AGP, I swapped out the 3 bar sensor with my stock sensor, which cleared the code immediately. Upon inspection of the 3 bar MAP sensor, I found a huge crack through the middle of it...dead sensor, argh! DON'T BUY THESE USED!!
Ordered one through AGP, so I'll get back to you guys next week when I get it .

Glad to hear you got the problem solved quickly. Keep us post on how the flash works for you. I haven't been able to work on the flash for the past month due to this broken axle and messed up ported TB.

Yeah I checked around for it, but couldn't find anything about a guy who was able to get them. I saw a few sets for sale in the swap section. I won't be ready to order them for about 3 weeks yet though. Need to get some extra cash saved up for the slicks and wheels to mount them on.

Oh I thought you were talking about slicks. I already have the axle ordered and its free. I didn't even look in that section since I thought you were talking about slicks.
