only problem with that if ur tuning with a piggy bak off the map is that you end up pulling allot out top end. not good. because the computer then compensaites with timing. which can lead to knok. good luck

lagzilla, getting stage 4 kit through agp with hks super sequential, and dtec-fcbc and just wondering what else on the list that I may need besides a wideband or a/f ratio gauge. just cancelling my mopar stage 3 cause I want power easier and want to tune, also I know your on stage0 but do you think a higher pcm would be better, like say stage 2 or maybe even the stage 3 thats sitting at mopar supercenter for me (not canceled yet just got called few days ago) msg me back if you could with your 2 cents
thanks

AGP Stg. 4 with HKS bov, std. agp fmic, and the FCBC all you would need is a return line kit, 3" turbo-back exhaust, and wideband to make 425whp all day long safely

Those are good points. I have the Dtec so I can keep track of knock. I've been talking to Vector about tuning so I'm going to try what he says. I think I'll end up going with 50 - 55 FP psi and then I'll see what kind of boost I can get out of that. I'll keep an eye on knock to make sure I'm not pulling timing. I'm actually getting it tuned at the shop that did the install, I'm just going to try and do most of it myself before hand so it doesn't take as long there. The last two times I went there I didn't leave until midnight!

if ur on st2 injectors running 50-55 psi would not be good. u would already be pulling fuel because the mopar injectors are all rated at 58 psi . the RC's that most people use are rated at 42 psi . i wouldnt sugest running 50 55 psi on mopar injectors. im not even sure how much boost u can run on those. mb 16 -17? not sure. but stock fp is 58, make sure vector knows ur running st2 injectors heh thats a big dif vs 750 RC's, im happy with my computer i no my buddy;s running a st1 only dif is teh cell code for cat occasionally. um. no experience in tunning a st3 car, and the st2 might be good for the rpm i no lucy runs it and she seems very happy with it. but personally i wouldnt spend the extra money on it.

wrong, cant sense knok with the "knok feature" on the safcII or dtec. the only way you can see knok retard or timing advancement is if you had one of those areo force obd2 guages. or somthing to that affect. the knok sensor on teh SRT is very different from that of which the dtec and safc feature was designed

I have the S1 PCM with S2 injectors. Vector knows they're S2 and says I should still be okay adding a little more fuel. I'm at 19psi right now at 43 FP psi (line on) with an 11.3AFR in 3rd gear. (I think I posted that already, but figured it was appropriate here)

Why do you say running that FP on S2 injectors would be bad? The guy who hit 400whp with the S2 injectors did it with the 85 FPR mod or whatever it's called from PTPerformance I believe. I obviously don't plan on going anywhere near that high.

there i hiligted why i dont think 42 base static fp with, deffinatly not without the vac line because what your doing is shrinking your injectors, if they are lets say 682cc (not sure if thats the st2 size whatever the case) they are 682cc inj @ 58 psi of fp. if you lower the fp they shrink the size of the injector. if you raise the fp over what its raited you are "in theory" increasing teh size of your injector.

ps 85 psi of fp is A LOT regardless of some others on this forum might say i dont particularly like that mod at all IMO

I see what you're saying. And with 50 psi line on you add 10 for vac. plus 1 per pound of boost which puts me at 80ish anyhow. Hmm

A fellow srt owner pointed out my correction factor that was on the dyno that day, it was .90 which you can see in the link above which puts the uncorrected numbers around 388whp and 405tq. all on S1 injectors

now I have the S2 injectors installed

I already have SAFCII and S2/no toys so I just figured throw on 50 trim and get 400hp by only adding walbro, no FRP needed. someone post up

It takes a lot more than just slapping on a 50 trim to run 400whp *SAFELY*. Im not sure on your mods. But as far as fuel i dont think the stg2 inj. will be enough, you may be able to get about 325-340 without a FPR or some sort of fuel pressure mod such as the PTP.

im going back soon to see what the GT40 puts out at 20 psi

This thread is mainly for dyno graphs w/ mods....Your questions should be in the performance gallery. Make a post, and YES I believe I answered your question.
