Got my car back last night.

Garrett 50 trim turbo with Borg Warner compressor wheel
API exhaust housing/O2/downpipe with cut-out
CTI FMIC
JMB intake
P-Werks return line
S2 injectors
Dtec
ACT clutch
Quaife LSD

No #'s on it yet. It's tuned at 18psi and we have more room to go. We left it at 18psi to break the clutch in, and when it goes back for the LSD install they'll tweak it a bit more to 19/20psi. Right now I'm hitting a peak of like 11.2 AFR in 3rd, so it's still plenty safe enough.

Even at 11.2 AFR and 18psi, it pulls so F'ing hard.

Nice numbers, upgraded FMIC? 22psi on 91 or 93 octane?

Thats pretty bad ass then. I'm thinking of taking a slight bump up to the RC 650's or those new drop in ones from Deschtek or something like that in their 750's (750 rated at 58psi)

I'm at 43psi rising rate right now I think on the return line on S2 injectors. We're going to bump it up a bit to about 50/55 I think and tune for more boost. I'll see how daily driving is with that and we'll see if I leave it there.

Has anyone gone with that high of PSI on a return line? Did it work out okay when you weren't WOT?

yes

How Much Are You Pulling? SAFCII

running 750s pump return line 20 psi GT40
running 55 static fp no vac source pulling -15% - -19% on hi vs my old setup pulilng -30%+! less out of the map is better

I'm talking about running 50/55 rising rate though, not static.

Either way, I'll have to experiment with mine. I have a safe AFR of 11.2 in 3rd gear, and I'm only at 43psi with the vac. source hooked up, so I have room for more power. I'm running 19psi on the turbo now, and I'd like to get 21 out o fit. I'd like to get close to 400whp with the return line and S2 injectors.

Oh, and I'm 50 trim too, not GT40
