Anyone running the Garrett 50 trim? Looking to pick one up
I had the same question LOL...
Ive tried searching and no good info... You cant compare it to the AGP 50 trim because the AGP flows 50LBS per minute when the GARRETT flows 46lbs per minute so there different. i too am interested in this......

I'm in the same boat as you gents. I purchased a gently used kit that has a rebuild Garrett 50 trim.

I agree with kason, go with a agp 50 trim .63 back half journal bearing and you'll still be full boost by mid 3k rpms, or go with the .48 backhalf for even faster spool but a little less power in the top end.
i was thinking it was a 47lb wheel but agp site says 49lb hmm
I believe it was brought up to agp. And they replied that's what it's rated at but It does not flow that much. I will let them chime in of course. I do know they spool slower most def tho.
