make sure you get all the bolt ons because it will help this little baby out. she spools fast so watch out for torque steer.

Did you get yours running? I wanted to see some dyno numbers.

bump for more numbers and corrected specs on wheel size etc... i was leaning for a 50trim but this sounds like the turbo for me. i don't need crazy power, im not looking to spin all of 4th and also looking for minimal lag. no stg3 for me tho, internal wgas= retarded ptob issues. i want an agp kit ftw!!!

i havent got it running yet. my stock head studs broke cuasing my pistons to crack. i have to buy a new set of 8.8.1 pistons and arp bolts, also maybe crane cams. i will have it running next month but it will be at 30psi this time. im out to prove a point with this turbo.

hey have u taken your car to the track yet? i keep getting text messages about all this stuff your doing to ur car but whats the point if you never race it at the track man?

well things happen and it has to be fixed before i take it to the track. nothing i did but issues that i found was wrong and needed to be address. i don't really care about going to the track because i commute to school now so seeing the track will be less if not none this year. i plan on going to nationals this year so i will just look forward for that. i mostly freeway race so i do get to use the power. spinning through third is fun.

here is ke's dyno on 91 octane @20 psi C:\Documents and Settings\MiKe\Desktop\3147_91octane_176.jpg

how the heck did u crack a piston tho? were u running lean or something or getting major pinging for a long time? im confused u keep telling me something different everytime i talk to u... but hey whatever floats ur boat just confused in the logic of some of your mod descisions but hey oh well...
i commute in my car and freeway race as well but we got a track near here 1/8th and also 1/4th and i also like autox so im more into a ported setup with stock turbo with around 330-340hp and keeping it perfectly reliable i have a wideband o2 housing and boost controller now thank god so im keeping tabs on everything on my car and so far 45k miles and it runs perfect i change fluids religiously tho and fix every rattle or broken/loose peice haha

100 octane, 26 psi and 2 cans of octane booster to eliminate chance of
nock (it worked) 0 knock.
a/f was 11.0 3-4k, 11.6 a/f 4-5k dropping to 11.1 from 5k-redline.
map voltage 4.84v dropping to 4.22v at redline.

well finally ran my car with slicks and 110 oct. At 26lbs car went 11.62@126.3mph with a 1.72 60'. I am going to try to upload the timeslip but my scanner is trash. Also this was on the stock clutch which some of the guys that are stage 3 up here said was impossible. But clutch did just fine.

no I dont run nitrous anymore. On the stock turbo my fuel fitting broke and shot fuel all over my manifold and caught fire. with only 4k on the odometer. It was pretty depressing but I got a new engine now and all is good. I am going to take it to the track again and turn the boost to about 29-30lbs and run some meth injection and see if I can dip low 11's or a high ten. Oh yea also forgot this was also on a stock throttle body.

stock throttle body. how does she feel down the track i liked 26psi, it felt smooth and consistant gear to gear.

For those using the 3147 with 750's and no return line, and are tuning with a DTEC,

are you all using the 50 trim base map? how much do you have to change the 50 trim base map, to better fit the 3147?

I just installed my DTEC and I'm looking for a good starting point, thanks guys
