350? if you can get 300 on a stocker, how can you not get that on a stage3 tuned? im afraid your mistaken reed. its all in the exhaust manifold. that is where the 3147 and all other aftermarket turbo mani's (and turbine housings) make all their power. with a bit of intelligent work on the manifold, and an equivalent tune (KEY WORDS THERE!!! stock s3 runs sub 10's afr wise) will net significantly better numbers than are currently floating around.

ke made 350hp on 91 pump with a rich tune @20 psi cali gas. i don't see stage 3 doing that without heavy modifications.
hey have u taken your car to the track yet? i keep getting text messages about all this stuff your doing to ur car but whats the point if you never race it at the track man?

well things happen and it has to be fixed before i take it to the track. nothing i did but issues that i found was wrong and needed to be address. i don't really care about going to the track because i commute to school now so seeing the track will be less if not none this year. i plan on going to nationals this year so i will just look forward for that. i mostly freeway race so i do get to use the power. spinning through third is fun.
here is ke's dyno on 91 octane @20 psi C:\Documents and Settings\MiKe\Desktop\3147_91octane_176.jpg

Reason: dyno sheet

i understand your point and i was leading up to that. our a/r housing is the key to making more power than s3. s3 tuned can make about the same but on pump the egt's get higher than normal and knock count would definitely need to be monitored
which wheel there? if this is about the '47, i thought it was odd, but that is the information i recieved from AGP, so i took it as fact. get me the real info and it will be updated
As I understand it, the 3147 shares the same size turbine wheel as the 50 trim. However, the compressor wheel is slightly smaller. Ben, please correct me if I am wrong.

If you see my incoming and already gots I think I have plenty. I have spent at least $7000 in upgrades and winter tires, rims and other stuff so far in the past 18 months. And I've got install to deal with yet.
Just thinking of Stage 1 springs and BWoody traction bar kit in the spring. And a set of wheels and slicks for next spring or summer. Cash outlay so far has been plenty. Need a bit of recoup time. LOL !!
We'll see with Agp dogbones and tranny mount how it tracks. Then decide about Bwoody kit. And I'll hold on tight ...
Don't worry I always do what it takes. I try to buy only the best. That's the reason for all the DCR and AGP stuff...great insurance !
