Yea I hated my car, when I was using the stock turbo with the PTP WGA and mapclamp... I was sooo worried about PTB that I hardly ever drove it. Now after turning the boost up to 23 psi on the 3147 and running a little 110 octane, I got Zero knock and it hauls some ass Thinking about throwing some more race gas in it and going to the dyno! 3rd gear feels awesome, have to use two hands and its still hard to control

Hmm, I'm pretty sure thats when mine is in full spool..dont usually look at the tach to see when its spooling "too busy watching A/F, KNOCK, BOOST!" But I think mine is spooling later cause I'm usually Wot without my cutout open so its slower cause of my stock exhaust. But I am going to the DYNO today sooo I'll post up my numbers and hopefully a small video of it

OK, just got back... forgot the damn camera so NO video! But I will take a picture of the sheet.. This is on a Dynamics Dynamometer that was built in Australia the guy said that it showed lower numbers then a dynojet but this was more of a REAL dyno cause it could add load and various things. Anyways I put down 324 whp and 324 wtq he said to get the SAE corrected numbers to multiply that by 1.15? He said I was maxing out the 650's at 23 psi cause we zeroed the dtec out at 5000 to redline. Shouldve kept the 750's How do the numbers sound?

Edit: this was on 93 pump.. he didn't have race gas! Scanguage showed 3 counts of knock.

No return line on those 650's ?

Those numbers seem really low man, for 23psi, What are you mods besides the 3147 ?

Umm... 650s, 3147 turbo, AGP 3" CAI, Dtec FC, Ptp directfit ic, Hardpipe w/ HKSSQ, Turboxs MBC, and Needswings downpipe w/cutout...one reason too is I couldn't reach my cutout to open it so thats off of the stock exhaust too!

The stock exhaust is killing you

But yeah the #'s do seem kind of low...I never really got in a dyno run w/ a decent tune. But I put down 370 hp & 340 ftlbs @ 20 psi. The reason for the low torque # is because at that time I had no idea how to use the Dtec BC so I wasn't hitting 20 till like 4500+ rpm

And I had way to much fuel w/ 750's on my car, I was pulling around 20% up top to get my afrs in the high 11's

Yea I wanted to open that cutout but we had already put it up on the dyno and couldn't reach the stupid thing! But he did say it reads a little lower..

if the correction factor they gave you is correct i think you did pretty good considering the stock exhaust. that would put you at 370hp/tq plus or minus. open the cut out you'll probably make more on the top end.

Yea I posted it in AGP's section as well, and Ben chimed in and said that I should open that downpipe up and I would see a big increase in power, and that I was off to a good start with the "baby" turbo..lol!

Wow, thats a great number! What kind of dyno did you run on? Looks like as far as actually power mods the only thing you have that I don't is 750's, Returnline, 60mm Throttle body..
