What parts did you touch when you installed it, did you get a CE light?
Did you bypass the vac lines? Is the 02 sensor pluged in.
Are you flooring it.
We need more info to help you.

Default got some questions

Hi, I installed my 3147. I deffinatly dont want to do that again lol. First, what rpm do you guys start to see boost and what rpm are you at with full boost? And second Does any have a base fuel map for my dtec fc. I have a walbro 255 installed, and I want to install my boomba fuel rail and 750 injectors. But I dont want to since I have never tuned a car before. So if anyone can give a base map untill I can have a shop tune it. I dont have a return line, and these are my mods if they matter,Agp 3147 kitRc 750 injectorsBoomba fuel rail,Dtec fc,Walbro 255,Bwoody H Brace combo,2.5 mopar exhaust,CCA big fmic,Turbo XS RFL with JMB cold side pipe,Mpx 60mm throttle body,Agp dog bone motor mounts,Aem Sri,PTP stage 3 clutch,180 thermostat,Maddog 58% reduction short shifter,Oil pressure gauge,AEM Uego Wideband,30/30 boost gauge,MSD wires with Irdium plugs. SO just let me know about those questions, I am new to big turbos lol, thanks, Jason

I can see boost anywhere above 2500 rpm's. Full boost doesn't usually hit til right around 3250-3500 rpms.

Thats a good question I just recently installed mine as well and I am running spray it racing 800 cc injectors I also need a base map but I am running the apexi neo. Its really hard to find a map since I am located in Germany. If anyone has one just for us to start with that would be great!

I used a 50 trim base map and made adjustments from there based on my wideband

I'm getting everything ready to install this turbo kit next week. But I'm going to need some advice on the spark plugs. What plugs is everyone using and what gap is best for that plug? Currently I'm running the NGK 4306 Copper V-Powers, which have been working great on the stock turbo.

I'm going to be running this turbo with the Hahn 20G Portfueler kit and upgraded fuel pump, so I'm aiming to max this turbo out on pump gas with water/meth injection. I'll probably run 100+ octane every now and then at the track. But it's mostly a daily driver.

If anyone else is running the portfueler with the AGP 3147 and has fuel maps/tuning info/advice please chime in as well. Thanks!

That's what I though and that's what the guys from Hahn Racecraft told me when I asked them. I just wanted to get a second opinion on the combination of these two kits.

Any info on the spark plugs & gaps?

well i dont have the 3147 & Portfueler but i do have the 50 trim and portfueler. at frist just installed the portfueler and 50 trim with it pre tuned for the 20G. i was able to run 22 psi on pump with the A/F's in the mid to 11's. now i have taking it to a shop and they have played with my map a little to make it better for the turbo.

Got the stock turbo off today, tomarrow I'm looking forward to having everything completed on my install. Unfortunately a little rain storm got in the way of me getting more work done... Pics soon to follow.

BTW, I have noticed some slight differences between the AGP 3147 kits posted on this thread. I'm not sure how the differences would affect the performance of the various AGP 3147 kits. (I doubt the housing differences would be much of an issue, but the clipped turbine wheels might.)

Here is Mad1's kit as posted on September 2006... Notice it has a Garrett cast compressor housing and a Turbonetics turbine housing with a clipped turbine wheel.

Here is bpsrt4's kit as posted on March 2007... Notice it also has the clipped turbine wheel, but it now has the Garrett turbine housing and a non-branded cast compressor housing.

Here is my AGP 3147 kit as posted on April 2007... Notice it does not have a clipped turbine wheel, and it uses a Garrett turbine housing and a non-branded cast compressor housing.

The differences are small, but I'm curious if any of these changes to the kits would also affect changes in performance... I guess the only way we will find out is by doing 1/4mile & dyno comparisons. Either way, I'm happy with the kit that I received as well as the price I paid for everything.
