Default White scuffs on Black paint

I just noticed that my car has quite a few 3-4 inch white scuffs on the paint. Some are in odd places (like the middle of the hood) and I'm not sure how they got there. I'm going to try buffing them out by hand, but I'm curious if there is a product anybody knows of that would help out.

Its still too cold here to claybar/polish. But I'm going to wash all the salt off real good and then attempt to buff out these scuffs. They don't appear to be scratches in the cc, just scuff marks.

Thanks.

Meguiar's ScratchX should do the trick, especially if they're just scuff marks. It's available at any auto parts store. Put some elbow grease into the job and you should be fine.

Hey Bryan,

You could try using a Swirl and Haze Remover; with a little elbow grease or a PC buffer. Follow that up with a Polish and then a Wax. This will not only take care of the scuffs but also make your paint shine.

Check out the Adam's website for all the Details!

Let me know if you have any other questions,

Thanks,
