were you washing the car in the hot sun when you got them? i know my aunt's Scion tC has a lot of water sports cause the roof is literally black tinted glass and I remember trying to clay bar the glass with water in a shaded area and it worked.

and if that doesnt work use 000 steel whool and white vinegar mixed 4 to 1 with water.spray it on and rub with the steel whool then finish with news paper and miguires auto window cleaner, then wax with your favorite wax.waxing your windows makes it alot easier to clean the water spots off if it happens again.trust me it works wonders.just dont use it on the insides cause it will tear up tint and watch the steel whool around your paint,

You can use a light polish like Meguiars #80 and a yellow applicator pad. Use a small amount and go from there. It's worked for me and will not scratch your glass up.

X2 on that. If that don't work you can use a heavier cut of wax with a mircofiber pad

I use Invisible Glass. They sell it at any Advanced Auto or Autozone. Another thing that works great is the California Jellyblade. When drying your car use it on the exterior of your windows.

Out by me we got a lot of minerals in the water so I use the mr. clean thing. It has a pur water filter inside it, so when you use the filtered water mode, it doesn't leave spots.

I think a water softner mixed with a good charcoal filter would probably work just as well, (without the goofy mr clean thing) but kinda pricey...

I clean all my windows and mirrors with crumpled up newspaper and "Invisable Glass" and then apply "Rain-X" and call it done. The rain-x works so good when it rains, you don't even need wipers. I used it all the time when I lived in MI where it rains a lot more than here.
