If you do a search you will find these topic discussed thoroughly with all different methods but ill help ya out.

If you're looking to make them look brandy new your best bet is taking them out and wet sanding them then buffing them. Take them out and clean them. Take some 1500 sand paper and start sanding them lightly. move on to 2000 grit and wet sand them again. Use a plastic polish (white) paste and buff them. then use a finer polish (blue) and give it one last polish on the wheel. You can use a dremel with a buffing wheel on it if you cant get a bench buffer. Im not sure what the polishing paste is called but im sure someone can help there. This is the best way to restore them. I also suggest throwing a coat of wax over them every now and then to keep them from hazing being as once wet sanded, the UV coating over them will be gone. Any other questions feel free to ask!

BTW, try looking at the lights on different angles to make sure they're arent any streaks or portions you missed.
