Default Removing Stripes, what to do?

Im taking off the vinyl stripes on my car for a new look, they have been on the car for 2 years, and im worried about the paint after I take them off. What can I do after I take them off to make sure I dont have "Ghost Stripes"?

Thank you ahead of time.

Use mineral spirits to get any extra adhesive off from the vinyl. You'll probably still have the ghost stripes, I think your best option then is a full buff and wax detail in order to blend it back in.

i just removed mine after 3yrs of bein on my red car in arizona's fucking heat and the ghost stripes were not all that bad. I just waxed and buffed the shit out of it and they are starting to go away.
