use as paper towel and use some lighter fluid..jus a lil bit though.
it literally wipes off adhesive with ease, not too much lighter fluid though for obvious reason lol.

i would stick with a 50/50 mix of water and alcohol and use a soft microfiber towel.

I am telling you ,that lighter fluid trick just melts it off..though don't overdo it or it'll eat up the paint. Its best to have another damp rag then another dry one,to clean it all off real quick. It's a trick I learned working at a bookstore, cleans off stubborn stickers like it ain't shiet lol.I used to clean 1000s of used books a week

I've found that WD40 works pretty decent too, just make sure you wipe everything down thoroughly afterwards and don't let it sit on there

yea? i stared at the can earlier but i was running short on time before work. I did however find my plastic "razor style" blade. now i think the key item im still missing for some spots is a heat gun..

Whatever you do with 3M double sided tape, DONT use heat, and DONT use a rubber wheel. They make it 100x worse. Just use your thumb or forefinger and push the tape. It rolls up into a ball and comes right off. For the leftover residue, use some wax, tar, grease remover (professional grade like PPG's DX330 or Dupont's Final Klean).

You could also use a plastic razor blade to push the tape along, and spare your thumb and forefinger the pain, but I've found using a blade takes quite awhile longer.

I just use regular gas on a shop towel...comes right off. Don't let it sit and dry there and wash the area off after.
