Default Polishing wheels?

So I have some rims that are aluminum and there is crud on them, no idea what it is but Im wondering what are some safe and effective products to attempt to remove and polish up.

Was thinking mothers aluminum polish but dunno..

Our All Purpose Cleaner should clean them up with a boar's hair brush, then follow with our Metal Polish 1 and Metal Polish 2 for a chrome like shine, for EXTRA shine you can finish with our Brilliant Sray Glaze.
