Which one do you recommend?

i used 3m as well and took off all my swirls..well i didnt really have many,but u get the point

For what?

If you are using the compound, you will need to polish afterwards. I would use the least abrasive first (in this case, the Scratch-X), and if that does not give you the results you are looking for, find something more abrasive.

i just buffed my front bumper the other because it had scuffs on it from where i hit a garage door.... i know but anyways i used turtle wax rubbing compound medium cut on a wool pad... high speed buffer of course. then i used meguiars swirl remover 2.0 light cut on a foam pad... still with the buffer then used meguiars gold class clear coat wax that i applied by hand and it worked great.
